When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days in the order that they are received. 

*Note: at this time, all decals are small enough to fit in lettermail to help reduce costs for both you and us. There will be no tracking unless you opt to pay for a faster shipping at checkout. This is determined by the Canada Post depending on the weight of the package. If you do choose this route, rest assured that we will pack and ship it as such and provide tracking information in the email once it is fulfilled.

I received the wrong item, or my item was damaged/defective. What do I do?

Unfortunately, some things are out of our control once it leaves our storefront. 

Fortunately, we're here to help. Please email us your order number and a photo of the defective/damaged product and we can make sure to make it right. If stock is available, a replacement will be sent out to you on our dime, otherwise a refund will be given if not. :)

Where is my order?

Due to COVID-19, shipping delays are expected. Please give your shipment additional time - especially if outside of Canada and/or overseas. If you feel you've waited a sufficient amount of time and still have not received your package, please send an email and we'll work things out.

Do you do custom commissions and stickers?

Absolutely! Commission work is available depending on how busy I am. However, I do not source or create the stickers for one-off designs. I provide you with a high resolution file (JPG, PDF, PNG, or TIFF) for your personal use and you can do what you like with it.

What's your schedule like and how do I get in line?

It's a little hectic lately and I try my best to make it as fair as possible. Currently I am handling commissions on a first come, first serve basis. Updates of my commission status can be found on my Instagram profile. Quick link below:

There is a date from when I've closed and I typically open within 1-2 weeks from that date. Please follow me for updates on the next opening. I typically post a few days ahead of time when I'm about to open to give a heads up and then again on the day of. I accept commissions through DM on Instagram only at this time.

Will you be making more designs?

I try my best to create designs that I think will be enjoyed. Over time, as stock or demand runs out, new forms of product will definitely come down the pipe. Please follow me on Instagram to know more about new drops and work!

Do you offer local pick up?

Unfortunately at this time, local pick up is unavailable.
